The tour gets you pretty deep into Manu national park - all the other tours just take you right at the beginning of the park. We checked a lot of other tour operators in Cusco and Bio Manu Expeditions was by far the best in terms of information provided beforehand and organization.

It is so definitely worth the money, you will not regret doing a tour with Vidal and his friends. The ride into the park on day 1 is a pretty long ride, but they managed to do it so well you don’t even notice it. You’ll do a few stops on interesting spots on the way and you get to see a wide variety of flora and fauna. On day 2 you’ll do an incredible jungle day hike, followed by a fun tubing session on the river in the afternoon. Then in the evening before dinner you’ll experience the jungle at nighttime - incredible!

The food was exceptionally good and sooo plenty! We had two vegetarians in our group and they took that into account perfectly and provided a lot of veggie options including soy meat and other yummy things.

All in all, I can not recommend this tour high enough. It was simply unforgettable and one of the best things we did during our holidays.

The accommodations were so relaxing and allow a full immersion into the nature of the jungle. The food was amazing! And I was very satisfied with the variety of fauna and wildlife we found on our hikes with only having three days. This was a wonderful first time into the Amazon that left me wanting more.

Es wurde super schön angerichtet und wir konnten viele unterschiedliche Gerichte probieren - vielen Dank an Chef :)
Auf der kurvigen Fahrt haben wir uns auch sicher gefühlt.
Neben Wanderungen im Dschungel (am Tag und in der Nacht), haben wir ein Tubing gemacht, sind mit einem Floß gefahren und haben sowieso viele Tiere und unterschiedliche Pflanzen gesehen. Vidal hat uns sehr viel erklärt (auf englisch). Wir hatten trotz der vielen Aktivitäten Zeit zum Entspannen und auch die lange Fahrt am 3. Tag war nicht schlimm, sondern wirklich schön, da wir durch so unglaubliche Landschaften gefahren sind.

It’s a nice family run affair , the food was perfect for our family and we enjoyed learning about their culture. The tubing down the river is an experience we will all remember as we’re the evening stars and sounds as you fall asleep! This was not a luxurious experience but definitely an adventure for the memory bank and very educational for our kids too!
